By downloading, installing, or using the Relay Driver App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To provide efficient delivery and relay services, we collect the following types of information:

• Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by law..
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Driver Responsibilities & Conduct

As a user of the Relay Driver App, you agree to:

• Comply with all local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain your vehicle in a safe and legal operating condition.
• Provide services in a professional and timely manner.
• Prohibited Acts: You shall not use the app for any illegal purposes, harass customers, or attempt to manipulate the app’s dispatching or rating systems.

4. Location Tracking & Data

The app requires access to Location Services to function. You acknowledge that your real-time location will be tracked while the app is active (and potentially in the background) to facilitate logistics, safety, and customer updates.

5. Payments and Fees

• Earnings: Payment structures (per delivery, per km, etc.) are outlined within the app dashboard.
• Taxes: You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are solely responsible for calculating and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings.
• Disputes: Any discrepancies in pay must be reported within 3 days of the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

We implement industry-standard security measures (such as encryption and secure servers) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay Driver App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Traffic accidents or vehicle damage.
• Loss of data or profits.
• Personal injury sustained during the performance of services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
